CLIPSAFE CLIPBOARD BACKUP RELEASED
BRISBANE, QLD (19 April 2004) - Data copied or cut to a computer's clipboard can now be protected from accidental erasure using a new innovative software product released by Multimedia Australia this week.
The software product, ClipSafe, monitors a computer's clipboard and automatically creates backups each time new data is copied to it. Backups can then be restored to the clipboard on demand in any order.
The traditional clipboard, distributed as part of a computer's operating system, can only store one piece of data at any one time. Without ClipSafe installed, whenever new data is copied to the clipboard, existing data is lost.
ClipSafe starts by itself at the time of login and conveniently resides in a computer's System Tray for easy access.
