BRISBANE, QLD (12 April 2007) - Multimedia Australia has become one of the first Australian IT companies to publish a software program partially developed on computer equipment powered by environmentally-friendly solar electricity.
The solar powered software development initiative is part of Multimedia Australia's ongoing commitment to care for the environment.
The first program to be released under the initiative is Multimedia Australia's new flagship software application, the Aurora Web Editor, which was released today.
The Aurora Web Editor lets users create websites in a dual-mode visual and code-based editing environment.
Features of the software include over 100 royalty-free photo and image resources, templates, spell checking and more.
